Mould kits are shipped within 2-5 working days depending on availability.
Turnaround Time – 20–30 Working Days
All of our grillz are handcrafted using premium alloys, and each order is made with care, precision, and attention to detail. As a solo craftsperson, I create every order myself, which means I don’t have a large team to speed through manufacturing — you are investing in my workmanship, not just a product.
For customers who require a faster turnaround, an Express Service is available to prioritise your order.
Orders placed during our seasonal sales may take longer than usual to complete due to the higher volume of discounted orders. We appreciate your patience while we carefully craft each piece.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot control certain delays and will try our best to complete every order in a timely manner.
Customers are responsible for posting the impression moulds back to us.

REFUNDS
Mould kits are strictly non-refundable.
Please seek advice if you are not sure on ordering.
Grillz are non-refundable, it is a custom made item.
If the grillz does not fit, we would recommend sending back the product so that we can remake the product with a new set of teeth impressions.
Please DO NOT order from our store if you are not willing to follow through with the process and respect the craft.
IMPORTANT
Contact us within 7 days for order issues.
You can change your design or change the product you want as long as it doesn't affect the manufacturing process.
If a problem occurs while processing your order, we will always resolve the problem accordingly and notify you of any possible delays
A new mould kit is required if we cant work with the moulds received.
We are unable to give regular updates for orders, if this a problem DO NOT ORDER.
You must send your impressions back with the job sheet provided in the mould kit. This should be packed carefully and you must fill the job sheet correctly and include any special requests you would like us to follow.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, we are not responsible for any packages that go missing in transit.
Respectful behaviour is required; orders will be cancelled and no refund given for any abuse.
