Every customer will only be liable for a PARTIAL refund if the order is not cancelled within 24 hours.
All orders are non-refundable once we have started. Any claims will be rejected and in case of any chargebacks our policy will be used as evidence of how we operate so please do not order if you are not confident with the process.
The teeth impression kits are strictly non-refundable.
All refunds processed will be charged a £35 cancellation fee for silver caps & £55 for Gold caps.
Please understand you’re agreeing to purchase long a custom made item and materials need to be purchased at the time of placing an order.
There is no exception for a full refund.

Please do not place a order with us if you cannot agree with our policies and if you cannot afford to purchase a replacement mould kit if required.
We will only make the caps using a GOOD TEETH IMPRESSION AND NOTHING LESS.
Please contact us within 14 days if you have an issue with your order. We will not be able to help you after the 14 days.
All orders placed fraudulently will be cancelled and the amount will be reversed back to the card used to place the order.
You can change your design or change the product you want as long as it doesn't affect the manufacturing process.
You will not receive a refund if we have already started processing your order. This is simply because the product has been specifically manufactured to suit every client.
All mould kits must be sent back to us strictly within 3 months for us to process your order. We will not be able to provide a refund if your order is older than 3 months.
We always confirm orders before proceeding to the next step to avoid confusion and mistakes.
We guarantee that our product will fit on the mould you send to us, but we cannot guarantee that it will fit perfectly in your mouth, hence why we need a PERFECT MOULD OF YOUR TEETH FOR 100% ACCURACY.
If a problem occurs while processing your order, we will always resolve the problem accordingly and notify you of any possible delay if the teeth impression is not clean and if the gum line is not visible. In this case you will have to purchase another mould kit and follow the instructions to get your teeth impression 100% accurate.
You must send your impressions back with the job sheet provided in the mould kit. This should be packed carefully and you must fill the job sheet correctly and include any special requests you would like us to follow.
Customers will be liable to pay the shipping cost and any import fees that may be added.
Please use a reputable local domestic shipping provider to send your impressions to us i.e. Royal Mail/Evri.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method, we are not responsible for any packages that go missing in transit.
